Registration & Payment  

• Participation in the conference requires the presentation of a paper. All proposals (abstracts) will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Note of acceptance will be sent on 15.04.2018 (1st Call) and on 20.06.2018 (2nd Call)

• Conference fee: 100 Euros (includes participation in the conference, program and abstracts in digital format and coffee-breaks).

• Registration period (for participants with paper selected by the Scientific Committee): 

  • 15 May - 15 June 2018 (for the 1st Call)

  • 20 June - 10 July 2018 (for the 2nd Call)

• Payment (Conference fee: 100 Euros): by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

• Payment is made to the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning, University of Lisbon  (Instituto de Geografia e Ordenamento do Território, Universidade de Lisboa).

• Information on the registration and payment procedure is sent directly to each participant.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

• Note 1: No costs associated with the bank transfer can be charged to the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning - University of Lisbon (Instituto de Geografia e Ordenamento do Território da Universidade de Lisboa).

• Note 2: Reimbursement of the registration fee is not possible.

• Note 3: The conference fee does not include any provision for the insurance of participants (against personal injury, sickness, property damage, etc.). Participants are advised to arrange for any insurance they consider necessary.
