1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how Kimegra ("the Game", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you install or use the Android game.
Geo Flow is designed as an offline puzzle game. We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, share, or otherwise process personal data through the Game.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Geo Flow does not collect personal information or personal data.
In particular, the Game does not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or account details
- Precise or approximate location information
- Contacts, messages, photos, videos, audio, or files
- Advertising identifiers or other tracking identifiers
- Device identifiers
- Payment or financial information
- Health, fitness, biometric, or sensitive personal information
- Browsing history, search history, or activity outside the Game

The Game does not require user registration and does not provide an account system.
3. LOCAL GAME DATA
Geo Flow may store limited game information locally on your device so that normal gameplay features can work. This may include:
- Completed or unlocked levels
- Best scores
- Game settings and preferences
- Sound or haptic settings
- Other basic gameplay progress
This information remains on your device. It is not sent to us or to any server. It is not used to identify you.
You can normally remove this locally stored information by clearing the App's storage in your Android device settings or by uninstalling the Game.
4. INTERNET CONNECTION AND NETWORK COMMUNICATION
Geo Flow is designed to operate offline. The Game does not require an internet connection for normal gameplay and does not communicate with our servers.
The Game does not request the Android INTERNET permission and does not contain features intended to transmit personal information over a network.
Your device, operating system, app store, mobile network provider, or device manufacturer may independently process information when you download, install, update, purchase, review, or manage the Game. Such processing is controlled by those third parties and is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. ANDROID PERMISSIONS
Geo Flow does not request access to sensitive Android permissions.
The Game does not request access to your:
- Camera
- Microphone
- Contacts
- Calendar
- Phone or call logs
- SMS or messages
- Location
- Photos, videos, audio, or general storage
- Nearby devices
- Health information
- Advertising identifier
Basic device functions that do not require sensitive runtime permissions may still be used, such as displaying graphics, playing locally packaged sounds, saving local preferences, or providing optional device vibration or haptic feedback where supported.
6. ADVERTISING
Geo Flow does not display third-party advertisements.
The Game does not include an advertising software development kit and does not use information for personalised or non-personalised advertising.
7. ANALYTICS AND TRACKING
Geo Flow does not use third-party analytics, attribution, profiling, fingerprinting, or cross-app tracking services.
We do not track users across apps, websites, devices, or services.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Game does not intentionally integrate third-party services that collect user data during gameplay.
However, Geo Flow may be distributed through a third-party app store, such as Google Play. The app store may process information related to downloads, purchases, subscriptions, device compatibility, security, reviews, updates, or account activity. We do not control the information collected directly by the app store.
Users should review the privacy policy and account settings of the relevant app store or platform for more information.
9. DATA SHARING, SALE, AND DISCLOSURE
Because Geo Flow does not collect personal data, we do not sell, rent, trade, share, or disclose personal data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
We also do not use personal data for targeted advertising, profiling, credit decisions, employment decisions, or automated decision-making.
If applicable law requires us to respond to a valid legal request, there would normally be no gameplay personal data for us to provide because the Game does not collect or transmit such data.
10. DATA RETENTION
We do not retain personal information on our servers because Geo Flow does not collect or transmit personal information.
Local gameplay data remains on the user's device until it is removed by the user, cleared through device settings, overwritten by the operating system, or deleted when the Game is uninstalled.
11. DATA SECURITY
Geo Flow follows a data-minimisation approach by avoiding the collection and transmission of personal information.
No software can guarantee absolute security. However, because the Game is designed without accounts, advertising, analytics, network data transmission, or sensitive permissions, the privacy and security risks associated with remote personal-data processing are substantially reduced.
Users should keep their Android device, operating system, and installed applications updated and use appropriate device security controls.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Geo Flow does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
The Game does not contain account registration, public chat, private messaging, user-generated content sharing, behavioural advertising, or location tracking.
If a parent or guardian believes that personal information has somehow been provided in connection with the Game, they may contact us using the placeholder contact details listed below after those details have been replaced with the publisher's actual information.
13. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Geo Flow does not transfer personal information internationally because the Game does not collect or transmit personal information.
Third-party platforms used to download or manage the Game may process information in different countries under their own terms and privacy policies.
14. USER RIGHTS
Privacy laws in some regions provide rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
Because Geo Flow does not collect or maintain personal information through the Game, we generally have no personal information to access, correct, export, or delete.
Users remain able to control locally stored gameplay data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the Game.

Geo Flow does not sell or share personal information.
Geo Flow also does not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising.
16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game's features, legal requirements, distribution methods, or privacy practices change.
Any revised policy should be published with a new "Last updated" date. If a future version of Geo Flow introduces online services, advertising, analytics, accounts, payments, cloud saving, social features, or any form of personal-data collection, this Privacy Policy and the relevant app-store data-safety disclosures must be updated before those features are released.
