Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the StreetFace application.

Data Collection and Usage

StreetFace does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). However, the app allows users to save locations on a map. These locations are uploaded to Firebase and made visible to all users of the app. All saved data is stored anonymously and is not linked to any user identity.

Online Data and Cloud Storage

StreetFace uses Firebase, a cloud-based service provided by Google, to store location data. While data is stored online, it does not include any personal information and cannot be used to identify individual users. The data is shared publicly within the app to allow users to see locations saved by others.

Cookies and Tracking

StreetFace does not use cookies or other tracking technologies to monitor user behavior.

Data Sharing

Location data saved through the app is shared publicly within the StreetFace platform. However, no personal data is ever collected, stored, or shared with third parties. All data remains anonymous.

Security

We use Firebase's built-in security features to protect the anonymous data stored in the cloud. Although no personal data is collected, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and security of user-contributed information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
