maintenance/servicing

Part of warranty on many of our products include proper installation and a supervision on maintenance within the first six months of purchase but we also operate an MSO model to provide sustainable servicing, replacement of parts and repairs for various electro-medical technologies needed in the hospitals.

advocacy/awareness

We carry out our own Corporate Social Responsibility programs by creating awareness on the dangers of substandard procurement practices and the need to report and document proliferation of nonfunctional medical supplies.
