PRIVACY POLICY — GEOMETRY AI · SMART SOLVER

================================================================

Last updated: 2026-07-21

App: Geometry AI - Smart Solver (iOS)

Bundle ID: com.aigeometry.aiGeometrySolver

1. WHO WE ARE

This Privacy Policy explains how TTW

("we", "us", "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when

you use Geometry AI - Smart Solver (the "App"). If you have

questions, contact us at [shopperbit@gmail.com].

The App is an education tool that solves geometry problems from a

photo or typed text and provides an AI tutor, quizzes, flashcards,

and formula references.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We designed the App to minimize data collection. We do NOT require

an account, and we do NOT collect your name, email, phone number,

or password.

2.1 Problem images and text you submit

- When you use Photo Solve, the App accesses your camera or photo

library to capture or select an image of a geometry problem.

- When you use Text Solve, you type or paste a problem description.

- These images and text are transmitted to Google's Gemini models

via Firebase AI Logic (Vertex AI) to generate the solution,

step-by-step explanation, tutor answer, quiz, flashcards, or

  formula sheet you requested.

- We do not store these images or problem texts on our own

servers. They are processed in real time by the AI service to

  fulfill your request.

2.2 Subscription and purchase information

- If you purchase a subscription (e.g., Premium), the transaction

is handled by Apple through the App Store and processed by

  Superwall (our subscription service provider).

- We and our providers receive limited purchase-related data such

as subscription status, plan type, renewal state, and transaction

identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment card

number — that is held by Apple.

2.3 Device and usage data

To operate and improve the App, the following limited technical

data may be processed by our service providers:

- App configuration data via Firebase Remote Config (a

non-identifying app instance identifier used to deliver settings

such as which AI model is active).

- App integrity / security signals via Firebase App Check

(attestation tokens that confirm the request comes from a genuine

  app install).

- Subscription and product interaction data via Superwall (e.g.,

whether a paywall was shown, locale, anonymous device attributes)

used to manage subscriptions and measure conversions.

- Crash and performance diagnostics may be collected by the

platforms named above to keep the App stable.

We do NOT use any advertising SDK and we do NOT track you across

other apps or websites.

2.4 Ratings and feedback

- The App may prompt you to rate it using the store's in-app review

mechanism (Apple's system). Any rating you submit is handled by

the App Store, not by us.

- If you contact us for support, we process the information you

  voluntarily provide.

2.5 Data stored on your device

- Your solution history, saved notes, generated flashcards, and

quiz progress are stored locally on your device using on-device

storage. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when

you delete the items or uninstall the App.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information above to:

- Generate geometry solutions, explanations, tutor responses,

quizzes, and study materials you request.

- Process and manage your subscriptions.

- Deliver app configuration and protect the App from abuse

  (App Check).

- Diagnose crashes and improve performance and features.

- Respond to support requests.

We do NOT sell your personal data, and we do NOT use your submitted

problem images or text to train publicly available models.

4. LEGAL BASES (FOR USERS IN THE EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the solving

and tutoring features you request and to process your

  subscription.

- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure the App, fix

crashes, and understand feature usage, balanced against your

  rights.

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where required, such as for optional

  non-essential diagnostics.

5. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the

App. We do NOT sell personal data.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

- Problem images and text: processed in real time and not retained

on our servers. Any retention by the AI provider (Google) is

  governed by Google's privacy policy.

- On-device history/notes/flashcards: kept on your device until you

To exercise these rights, contact [shopperbit@gmail.com]. We

respond within the timeframes required by law (e.g., 30 days under

GDPR).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal

information as those terms are defined under California law. You may

request access to or deletion of your personal information using

the contact above.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general student audience (secondary

school, university, and lifelong learners) and is NOT directed

exclusively to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in

your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information

from children without parental consent. Because the App requires no

account and stores submitted content only transiently for

processing, it minimizes the risk of collecting child data. If you

are a parent or guardian and believe a child has submitted

information to us, contact [shopperbit@gmail.com] and we will

delete it.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The App uses Google (Firebase/Vertex AI) and Superwall, whose

processing may occur in the United States or other countries. Where

data is transferred outside your region (e.g., from the EEA/UK), it

is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Google's and

Superwall's reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent

mechanisms.

10. SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures — including Firebase App Check,

encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), and on-device storage — to protect

your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100%

secure, but we work to protect your data.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material

changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and

where required we will provide additional notice (e.g., in-app).
