Schools X Gen Z

Team Gen Z is organizing "Schools X Gen Z Program" with an aim to familiarize students with the world of internships. In this program, we'll divide the students into different zones namely East, West, North and South. Later, tasks would be assigned to the students which can get completed in 10-15 mins (individually). It would help them to learn the importance of teamwork. Additionally, they would work upon brand building and internships with global brands.

The tenure of this program is one year and after completion of the program we'll announce top 50 performing schools and provide them certificate of excellence. Moreover, top 10 schools would get trophies along with certificates and they would get featured on our official website. The students can be part of Gen Z for indefinite period even after the completion of the program. We would also provide them opportunities to grow with Gen Z like opting them for the position of Team leads, City leads and zonal heads.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• 100 Students

We require minimum 100 students from each school. No limit for maximum participation.

• Social Media

We want students who use social media because brand tasks and brand building activities would be done through their social media handles.

• Explore

Students who like to learn new things and are passionate about their careers would be preferred.

HOW TOP 50 SCHOOLS WOULD GET SELECTED?

• We 'll create a leader board comprising all the schools.

• 10 points will get assigned to a school if a student completes the task. The leader board will get updated on monthly basis.

• Top 50 performing schools at the end of the program would get selected.

BONUS POINTS

Bonus points can help you to gain additional points on the leaderboard. These points would get assigned at the beginning if a school registers more than 100 students.

For example, if a school registers 250 students then 150 would be the bonus points.

However, if a student leaves the program before the tenure of 1 year then (-10) points would get assigned to the school.

• Send list

Our team will reach out to you regarding the confirmation of your registration. Then revert back the email with the list of students registering from your school. Also ask your students to fill the form (link will be provided with the email).

• Confirmation

At last our team will send you a confirmation mail, stating your registration process is completed.

• I want to register my school but don 't have sufficient students to participate.

No issues, you can still participate but you have to inform the same to our team.

• Will this program effect the studies of my students?

No, because the tasks would take only 10- 15 mins and the students can perform the tasks in their leisure time.

• Is this program paid?

No, there are no charges for participating in this program.
