The GenZatLaw (law journal) series is an open-access student-edited blind peer reviewed interdisciplinary journal. The Journal is expected to be a platform for the academicians and students from the legal fraternity to present their ideas.

GenZatLaw seeks to provide an interactive platform for publication of Short Articles, Long Articles, Book Review, Case Comment, Legislative Comment and Research Papers in the field of Law and Development. Further, it has the objective of spreading legal awareness and to bring out and propagate the opinion of the legal fraternity so that the developments in the legal field help in imparting justice at every level and to every section of the society.

The theme for this May 2021 edition is Inequality, Misinformation, Panic and the Pandemic

Suggested but non exhaustive list of topics

  • Defending Immigrant Communities during the pandemic

  • Impact on individuals dealing with homelessness and the housing crisis

  • Protecting the health of individuals incarcerated and working in jails and prisons

  • Defending the health and rights of those in the criminal legal system

  • Monitoring the government’s response to the pandemic and misinformation

  • PM Cares fund and the changing dimensions of RTI

Eligibility: All Undergrad students enrolled in Universities in India and Abroad are welcome to submit
