Genxee Studio Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile games and applications (each an "App," collectively the "Apps") available on Google Play and other platforms. This Privacy Policy applies to all Apps published by Genxee Studio Ltd, both current and future, unless a specific App links to a separate policy of its own.
By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Our Apps generally do not require account creation, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or other personal contact details through the Apps themselves.
However, our Apps may use third-party services (listed in Section 3) that automatically collect certain information to make the Apps work, keep them stable, and support free gameplay through ads. Depending on the specific App, this may include:
Device information — device model, operating system version, language settings, and unique device/advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID).
App usage and interaction data — features used, session length, levels or screens accessed, and general in-app behavior, collected through analytics.
Approximate location — derived from your IP address, used for general regional analytics and ad relevance, not precise GPS location.
Crash and diagnostic data — technical logs used to identify and fix bugs or crashes.
Advertising data — information used by our ad partners to serve and measure ads, including interaction with ads shown in our Apps.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, health data, or precise location through our Apps.
Not every App uses every category above — the specific data types and permissions requested by an individual App are also disclosed in that App's Data Safety section on its Google Play store listing.
We and our service providers use the information described above to:
Operate, maintain, and improve our Apps
Diagnose technical issues and fix crashes
Display and measure the performance of in-app advertising
Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve gameplay and design across our portfolio
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Our Apps may use the following third-party services, which collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

Firebase Analytics (Google) — used to understand how players use our Apps and to help us improve stability and gameplay. Learn more: Firebase Privacy and Security
Other advertising or analytics partners — as we release new Apps, we may add additional ad mediation, analytics, or backend service providers. Any such partners will operate under their own privacy policies, and this policy will be updated to reflect them where relevant.
These third parties may combine information collected through our Apps with other information they have independently collected. We do not control their data practices, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Our free-to-play Apps display ads to support free gameplay. Depending on your device, region, and settings, ads may be personalized based on your interests.
You can limit ad personalization through your device settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
You can also reset your Advertising ID at any time from the same menu
Opting out will not stop ads from appearing, but it will reduce ad personalization.
We take reasonable measures to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our third-party service providers retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics data is generally retained by Firebase/Google in accordance with their own retention settings, which you can review in their privacy documentation linked above.
Our Apps are generally intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically at children under the age of 13, unless a particular App's store listing states otherwise (for example, if it is enrolled in Google Play's Families Program). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Apps not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at genxeestudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we (or our service providers) hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Request data portability
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
Know what personal information is collected, used, and shared
Request deletion of your personal information
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising)
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Since our Apps generally do not require account creation and do not store personal data on our own servers, most data associated with your device is held by our third-party service providers (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase). To request deletion of data associated with your device:
Reset your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (see Section 4), and/or
Contact us at genxeestudio@gmail.com with your request and the name of the specific App involved, and we will assist you in directing it to the relevant service provider where applicable.
Our third-party service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using our Apps, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in such locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect new Apps, new third-party services, or new legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of any App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
