1. Services 

We provide residential cleaning services as agreed upon during booking. Services may include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, offices, and other cleaning services requested by the client. 

2. Scheduling 

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time; however, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payment 

Prices are based on the size, condition, and cleaning requirements of the property.

Additional services requested on the day of cleaning may result in additional charges. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and other approved payment methods.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our cleaning team cannot access the property upon arrival, a lockout fee may be charged.

5. Access to Property 

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If keys, codes, or special instructions are required, they must be provided before the scheduled appointment.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee 

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue.

7. Property Condition & Liability 

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures.

Any damage believed to have been caused during cleaning must be reported within 24 hours.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of damaged items when responsibility is determined.

8. Health & Safety 

For the safety of our staff: Any pets must be secured during service.

Hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions must be disclosed before service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

9. Personal Belongings 

Clients are encouraged to secure cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, and other valuables before cleaning services begin. 

10. Right to Refuse Service 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any situation that threatens the safety of our staff. 

11. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
