Guidelines for Participants
1.Venue Information

The venue is located on the 1st floor of the Main Office Building in front of the Main Gate.

2.Request for Visitors
■RIKEN Visitors:
Please present your RIKEN ID card to the security guard near the main gate.
■Non-RIKEN Visitors:
On the day of the event, you must present either a printed copy or the displayed screen of the entry permit (found on page 4 of this file) to the security guard near the main gate.
3.Registration Deak
The registration desk is in the Entrance Hall on the 1st floor of the Main Office Building. Please receive your participation certificate at registration.
4.Lunch
The cafeteria and convenience store are located on the 2nd floor of the Main Office Building.
*Cafeteria payments accepted only via transportation IC cards.
Please note there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A dining area is available in the Entrance Hall for your use.
5.Social Gathering
Held in the Main Office Building 1st Floor Lobby starting at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25. Participation is free of charge. (No registration required)
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
■ Please bring your own laptop.
■ Please check your laptop during the break immediately preceding your presentation. When checking your laptop, please notify the IT staff member next to the podium.
※Presenters for the morning session should arrange this during registration time.
■ Please refer to the program for presentation times.

■ Regarding Personal Computers
◇ Please bring your PC's dedicated AC power adapter.
◇ The display uses HDMI for external output. If your computer uses a different connector type, you must bring the dedicated external connection adapter.
◇ Please disable screen savers, power-saving settings, etc., beforehand.
◇ Please bring backup data in case of issues with your personal computer.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
The poster session will be held in the entrance lobby. Please promptly remove your posters once the display time has ended. Please note that posters not removed by the end of the display time will be removed by the secretariat.

During the poster session, please stand in front of your poster and engage in active discussion with participants.
■ Poster Format
◇ We will prepare one W900mm × H2,100mm panel per board.
◇ Attach a W20mm × H200mm label to the top left corner of the board. (The presentation number will be provided by the secretariat.)
◇ Pushpins for attaching posters will be provided. Tape-based fasteners cannot be used.
Entry Permit Card
Non-RIKEN participants must present either a printed copy or the displayed screen of this entry permit card to the security guard near the main gate.
