These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Geno Beam Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may amend these Terms at any time and will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.
If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. It is a separate agreement that you also accept when using our Service. Please review it carefully.
4.1. Guest Accounts: If you use the Service without linking an account (e.g., via Google Play or Apple Game Center), we may create a "Guest Account" tied to your device. PLEASE BE AWARE: If you use a Guest Account, you may lose all your game data, including progress and purchased items, if you change or lose your mobile device. We cannot guarantee recovery for Guest Accounts.
4.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities on your account and for keeping your login information confidential. You may not sell, rent, or give away your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.
6.1. User-Generated Content (UGC): You are solely responsible for any content you create or make available through the Service, such as nicknames, chat messages, or guild names ("UGC"). By creating UGC, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
6.2. Code of Conduct: You agree not to do any of the following in connection with the Service:
Use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
Engage in any act that we deem to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service, including but not limited to circumventing or manipulating these Terms.
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
Harm, threaten, or harass any person, including our employees.
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack any of our Services.
Collect or post anyone’s private information without their explicit permission.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
You may purchase virtual items or currency ("Paid Content"). All payments are processed through the platform on which you are playing (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Billing and transactions are handled by the platform provider and are subject to their terms.
Refunds: All refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the platform provider. We do not process refunds directly.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding UGC) are owned by the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights other than the limited license in Section 5.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for any breach of these Terms.
By You: You have the right to delete your account at any time via the in-game settings. If you delete your account, you will permanently lose all associated game progress and content, with no right to a refund.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
