1. The facial data we collect
We analyze your photos to identify the feature points of the face in the photo (such as eye, nose, and mouth points) for portrait stylization. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process is completed, all data will be deleted, and no data will be saved. Refusing to provide the above information may prevent you from using the portrait stylization feature, but it will not affect the normal use of other features and services.
2. Purpose and Process of Collecting Facial Data
To provide you with effects related to "portrait stylization", we need to identify facial feature points (such as eye, nose, and mouth points).
The complete process is:
(1) The photo you choose will be submitted to our server in an encrypted manner;
(2) The server analyzes the facial data in your photo and applies it to the template you have selected;
(3) After the synthesis is completed, the server will return the final rendering effect to you via the application;
(4) The final result of the synthesis (i.e., your "work") will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage and will be permanently deleted after one hour.
After the synthesis process is completed, we will immediately permanently delete the face image you submitted to the server.
3. Face Data Sharing and Storage
We will not share your facial data with any third party, nor will we store any facial information you submit. After the analysis process is completed, the photos you uploaded will be permanently deleted.

Information We Collect
To achieve core functions and provide better services, we may collect the following types of information:
1.1 Information you voluntarily provide
User image content: Local images that you actively upload, capture, or select to generate stylized effect images. This is the necessary data for providing the core services of this application.
User Feedback and Communication: When you submit problem feedback, seek technical support, or participate in surveys, you may provide your email address, communication content, and image examples.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
Device Information: To ensure the normal operation of services and conduct statistical analysis, we may collect information such as your device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (e.g., IDFA, with your authorization), IP Address, language settings, etc.
Data Usage: We may collect information about your interactions with this application, such as feature usage frequency, the number of generated images, operation steps, crash logs, etc. This information does not directly identify your personal identity.
App Store Information: Through the framework provided by the Apple App Store, we may obtain your purchase records (if you have subscribed to paid features) and account name (not real name or password) .
1.3 Apple's "App Tracking Transparency" (ATT) Framework
If we use your IDFA for cross-app tracking (e.g., showing you Personalized Ads), we will pop up a clear authorization request when you first open the app. You can choose to decline, and declining will not affect your use of the core image stylization features of this app.
How We Use Your Information
We only use your information for the following purposes:
Provide, process, and maintain core services: Analyze the content of the images you upload, apply the stylization algorithm you choose (such as graffiti style, watercolor style, etc.), and generate new effect images in real time. This is the fundamental purpose of processing your images.
Improve and optimize the algorithm: After taking anonymization and de-identification measures, we may use image data to train and enhance the quality and effectiveness of the stylization model. (Please specifically note this point below)
We solemnly promise: The original images you upload and the generated stylized images will never be used for training or improving any of our Machine Learning models. All processing is only completed within the current request.
Customer Support and Security: Use your communication information to respond to your inquiries, and leverage device and usage data analysis to prevent fraud and technical issues, ensuring the secure and stable operation of the service.
App Function Optimization and Analysis: Use aggregated usage data to analyze user behavior trends for optimizing interface design and functional processes.
Information Storage and Processing Methods
[Cloud Server Processing]
Processing Location: To achieve more complex and higher-quality stylized effects, your original image will be encrypted and then uploaded to our cloud server for algorithmic processing.
Temporary Storage: After processing is completed, the server will immediately generate a stylized image and post it back to your device. We promise that after successfully transmitting the resulting image to you, the server will permanently delete your original image and any intermediate processing data within [Suggestion: no more than 24 hours].
Cache: Your device may retain short-term cache to improve stability, and you can manually delete it through system settings or the "Clear Cache" function within the app.
Service Providers: Cloud services are provided by [e.g., Amazon Web Services, Tencent Cloud, etc.]. We require these service providers to adhere to equally strict data security and retention policies.
Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
Sharing: We will not sell or trade your personal image content to any third party. It will only be shared under the following extremely limited circumstances:
To complete payment processing (such as through Apple In-App Purchase) and crash report analysis (such as Crashlytics), we may share necessary de-identified device information with trusted partners that provide these services.
Must be disclosed in accordance with laws and regulations, judicial procedures, or government requirements.
Transfer: If this application undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the assets. We will notify you in advance and require the new information controller to continue to comply with this Agreement.
Public disclosure: We will not publicly disclose your original images unless required by law.
Your rights
You have the following control rights over your personal information:
Access and Deletion:
For local processing mode: You have full control over all image data. Deleting this app will not automatically delete the images saved to the photo album; you need to manually delete them from the photo album. You can clear the cache of this app in the iOS "Settings".
Regarding the cloud processing mode: You have the right to request us to confirm whether we are currently processing your image data. Since we implement the "delete immediately after processing" policy, we usually do not retain any identifiable historical image data. You can also interrupt the processing by using the "Stop Current Task" feature within the app or force-closing the app.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to information collection at any time by deleting this app or adjusting app permissions (such as photo album access permission) in "Settings" - "Privacy" on iOS. Withdrawal does not affect processing based on prior consent.
Reject ad tracking: You can turn off the tracking permission for this app at any time in iOS "Settings" - "Privacy" - "Tracking".
Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under the legal minimum age of adulthood in your country/region). We will not intentionally collect personal information of children. If you are a guardian and find that we have collected children's information without consent, please contact us to delete it.
Data Security and Third-Party SDKs
We adopt security measures that comply with industry standards, including:
Transmission Encryption: As mentioned above, when using cloud processing, all image uploads and downloads are encrypted using the TLS 1.3+ protocol.
Access Control: Only a very small number of operations and maintenance personnel who have undergone strict background checks can temporarily access the server, and all operations are recorded and audited.
Despite the above measures, please understand that there is no "absolute security" on the Internet.
Amendments to this Agreement
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes (such as changes in data processing methods) will be notified to you via in-app pop-up windows or App Store notifications. The updated policy will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated Date" will be updated. Your continued use of this application indicates your acceptance of the update.
