This Privacy Policy explains how Guita Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the GeniusChat AI mobile application (package name: ai.geniuschat.app) available on Google Play.

2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, profile photo if provided, and the user ID created by Firebase Authentication.
Sign-in information: email and password if you create an account with email. If you use Continue with Google, we receive your Google name, email, and profile photo from Google.
Content you create: chat messages, prompts, uploaded images, generated images, generated videos, generated voice audio, speech recordings used for speech-to-text, projects, and chat history saved to your account.
Usage and device information: app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, basic diagnostics, feature usage, coin balance, and coin history.
Purchase information: if you buy coins through Google Play Billing, Google processes the payment. We receive purchase confirmation and credit coins to your account. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Permissions: internet access to run the app; microphone if you use speech-to-text; notifications if you allow alerts. We do not collect microphone audio unless you start a voice feature.
3. How we use your information
We use this information to create and manage your account, sign you in, provide AI chat, image generation, video generation, and voice features, save chats and coin balance, process coin purchases, improve the app, fix errors, answer support emails, send notifications if allowed, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
4. AI processing
When you use chat, image, video, or voice features, the text, images, or audio you submit may be sent to our servers and to third-party AI providers so the feature can work. Do not enter passwords, bank details, or other highly sensitive personal information into chat.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with Google Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and cloud functions; Google Play for distribution and in-app purchases; Google Sign-In if you choose that option; AI providers needed to generate text, images, video, or speech; and service providers who help us operate the app.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect users, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
6. Data storage and security
Account data, chats, coin balance, and uploaded or generated files may be stored using Google Firebase, including Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage. We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days, unless we must keep some records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
8. Your choices
You may update profile information in the app, turn off microphone or notification permission in phone settings, sign out of Google Sign-In, and request deletion of your account.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account.
You can also email gtechnologies711@gmail.com with the subject “Delete GeniusChat AI Account” using the email linked to your account. We will delete the account and associated data within a reasonable period.
9. Children’s privacy
GeniusChat AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has an account, email gtechnologies711@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Third-party services
This app uses Google Play Services, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Storage, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and AI providers. Those services have their own privacy policies.
11. International users
Your information may be processed on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure in countries other than your own.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new Last updated date.
