The mission of Fayetteville Elementary School's counseling department is to provide all students with equitable access to a data-driven, comprehensive school counseling program. The counselor will use evidence-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum and interventions to teach mindsets and behaviors. As an advocate for all students, the program seeks to identify and enhance the strengths of every student by developing the whole child to their full potential. The school counselor hopes to provide all students with the tools necessary to reach their future goals in the next stages of their education and throughout life.

We hope to instill a passion for learning that results in a standard of academic excellence. Our students are leaders motivated to succeed in an ever changing and diverse world. As citizens in their communities and leaders in the workforce, they exhibit social competence, emotional competence, and productive problem solving skills.
