About Me

Alabama attorney Gene Warhurst began his career in the insurance industry in 1988 as a property and auto claims adjuster for The Hartford Insurance. He investigated, assessed, and negotiated thousands of claims before mastering the art of processing claims in the insurance sector. Gene advanced to the position of Senior Property, Car Accident, and Personal Injury Claims Manager, supervising claims adjusters handling hurricane, fire, business, and injury claims. Gene also obtained eight postgraduate national insurance designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, or CPCU. Then, Gene continued to manage insurance claims while while going to law school. He received his degree, passed the bar exam the following year, and began practicing law in 1995, assisting customers with their insurance claims.

Today, Gene represents clients with insurance claims for property damage, including home insurance claims, commercial property insurance claims, fire insurance claims, hurricane claims, as well as personal injury from automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and wrongful death claims. There is no charge for the initial appointment if you require legal representation for your injury claim, insurance claim, property claim, automobile wreck claim, or if you are a public adjuster or policyholder looking for legal counsel and instruction on a claim. Gene was a United States Army commissioned officer before he became an insurance adjuster.
