Science Fair Information:

• Our event will be held on Earth Day, students are encouraged to explore the connection between scientific inquiry and environmental stewardship.  

• Projects need to be completed by Tuesday, April 21st and should be dropped off in the morning of April 21st or April 22nd before class. 

• Students are encouraged to be available to demonstrate and discuss their projects from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm when the projects will be judged. Judges will discuss between 6:00pm-6:30pm.  Winners will be announced shortly after 6:30pm.

• Classes will have an opportunity to visit the science fair on Thursday morning (April 23rd). Students are to collect their projects on Thursday after school.

• Exhibits may not exceed the size of an exhibit board (36” high x 48” wide).

• Please remind participants that most of the work will be completed at home; students will receive reminders from their teachers about completing their project.  

• Every participant will receive an award of recognition and outstanding experiments will be recognized during the event.
