Held in July, the Geneseo Rotary Summer Festival has been bringing the community together for a fun, family friendly celebration of summer for over 40 years! Check out the Events & Activities that will be happening this year! For more details on the different events, scroll past the event's schedule.
EVENTS:
The Teddy Bear Parade
On Saturday morning, kids of all ages start gathering at 10:30AM at St. Michael's Episcopal Church (23 Main Street). The parade begins at 11AM and marches down Main Street to the Village Park where activities and entertainment await!
Children are invited to bring their favorite Teddy Bear to march with them.

The Skycoasters Concert
There will be a Free SkyCoasters Concert on Saturday night at the Village Park from 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.!
The Skycoasters are a high energy, fun band that always “make the party”! A fan favorite at the festival, bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets and be ready to dance to the music!
For over four decades, the Skycoasters 9 piece party band have entertained and delighted audiences across the country and around the world. They've played at several NFL SuperBowl Parties, Summer Olympics, and Yankees parties.

There will be a 50/50 raffle during the concert - The recipient this year will be Rotary International's PolioPlus Program. Special Note: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation matches every dollar raised. To learn more about this initiative click Here.
Festival Stage Entertainment
Music and entertainment acts will perform throughout the day at the Festival Stage across from the log cabin.
ACTIVITIES:
Bounce Houses
This year, five Bounce Houses will be at the Festival - for people of all ages!
A Free Bounce House is available for children under age four! It is staffed and
sponsored by St. Timothy's Lutheran Church
The Bounce Houses for those over the age of four are sponsored by Geneseo Veterinary Care.
Four “Fundraising” Bounce Houses include: 18’ Tall Slide, a double lane 78’ Long
Obstacle Course, a Bounce House/Slide Combo, and a double lane SlipNSlide.
All proceeds raised by the Bounce Houses will be given to the groups helping to staff
the Bounce Houses and/or assist Geneseo Rotary at the Festival. These groups are:
Geneseo Central School Classes of 2026, 2027 & 2028, Geneseo Central School Do-
Gooders Club, Geneseo Boy Scout Troop 4070, Blue Devils Football Team, and
Geneseo Kiwanis. So - Bounce Bounce Bounce & support these student local groups.
Two Lane 78’ Long Obstacle Course
Race your friends and family... 3-2-1... GO!
Two Lane Slip and Slide
It will sweep you off your feet & Cool you down in the heat!
Cornhole
Players or teams take turns throwing bean bags at the cornhole board. (It’s like
horseshoes, but softer.) The goal of the game is to score points by either landing a bag
on the board or putting a bag through the corn hole.
Suitable for all ages and abilities!
Caricaturist
Artist Tersh Ronalds returns for his fourth year at the Festival.
This talented artist creates humorous drawings that make everyone’s most noticeable features even more noticeable.
Farm Tails Petting Zoo
Get up close and interact with the animals of Donnan Farms. Visit Cornell Cooperative Extension for some fun info while you are there!
Spike Ball
It's like Handball but with a small trampoline.
Festival Art & Reading Station for Kids
Geneseo Rotary provides free children’s books for reading at the Park and for carrying
home to enjoy. Crayons & coloring pages are available to discover your inner artiste. You could be the
next Picasso!
