In Memory...

As we gather to celebrate 40 years since our time together at J.D. Darnall and Geneseo High School, we also pause to remember the classmates who are no longer with us.

Though time and distance have carried us in many different directions, the memories we shared remain an important part of who we are. The laughter, friendships, lessons, and moments we experienced together continue to live on in the stories we tell and the connections we still cherish today.

In honor of those classmates we have lost, the Class of 1986 Reunion Committee is exploring a memorial tribute, which may include tree plantings at Oakwood Cemetery with small plaques or another meaningful gesture. If you are unable to attend but would still like to contribute, some funds will help support this effort. Whatever form it takes, it will serve as a lasting reminder that they remain part of our class story.

They may be absent from this reunion, but they are not absent from our memories.

We will keep this page updated as plans develop and share details on how we will honor and remember our classmates.
