The loan will be insured nail-to-nail. under an all-inclusive insurance loan policy. A copy of

Insurance certificate will be sent to the lender before the loan begins. A valid

Government issued ID card should be attached also.

Costs

All charges attached to this loan will be taken care of by me the Borrower.

Length of loan This agreement can be renewed at the end of the loan period if

both parties agree.

Law

This agreement is subject to the law of the United States of America. I, the

undersigned, undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of this

agreement. I will insure the loan according to the listed value against any

liabilities, expenses, damages or losses arising out of this loan. I will inform

the insurance immediately of any loss or of any changes to the loan

agreement.
