William Clevenger is a retired Genetic Engineer who lives in Eugene, Oregon. He previously worked in the biotechnology industry, researching the structure and function of human genes. His work employed advanced recombinant technologies to precisely cleave DNA. These days, his cutting activity is restricted to chopping firewood. Virion is his first solo novel.
