Common topics
Conversion failed or file not found
Check that the app has permission to access photos or videos. Free disk space should be enough for the output file. Try a smaller file or a different format.
Daily conversion limit
The app includes a daily free conversion allowance. Optional rewarded ads may unlock additional conversions; watching ads is voluntary.
Where are my files saved?
Converted files are saved on your device (for example, your Downloads folder or the folder shown in the app). We do not store your files on our servers.
Account and data
Gen Converter does not require an account. App settings and usage counters are stored locally on your device.
