GenAZ Learning is a PRIVATE educational entity. We strictly declare that we have NO affiliation with any government body, recruitment board, or official department. This platform is designed solely for educational assistance and exam preparation. This policy is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) principles.
2. Nature of Data Collection
In accordance with 'Data Minimization' principles, we collect only necessary identifiers for academic tracking and secure access:
• Identity Data: Full Name for profile personalization.
• Contact Data: WhatsApp/Mobile Number for secure login, account recovery, and doubt resolution.
• Academic Data: Educational qualifications to suggest relevant study material and batch assignments.
All data is transmitted over secure SSL/TLS channels and stored in encrypted cloud environments provided by Google Firebase.
3. Use of Information (Data Processing)
Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
• Maintaining your 'Revision Streak' and 'Mastery Level'.
• Providing access to Live Hub, Audio Masterclasses, and Digital Libraries.
• Responding to your specific queries in the Doubt Hub.
• Sending important academic notifications and app updates.
We DO NOT engage in data brokerage or sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.
4. Children's Privacy & Protection of Minors
GenAZ Learning is primarily intended for students preparing for competitive professional exams (typically age 18 and above). We do NOT knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.
5. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard security measures. Your learning logs, progress reports, and profile data are protected by Google's multi-layered cloud security. We follow the principle of 'Privacy by Design' to ensure student data remains confidential and accessible only to the authorized user and the system administrator.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion
Under Google Play Policy and DPDP principles, you have the 'Right to be Forgotten'. You may permanently delete your account and all associated logs (Study progress, bookmarks, doubt history) directly from the 'Student Corner' (My Profile) section in the app. Deletion is instantaneous and irreversible on our servers.
7. Educational Content & AI Usage
Our AI features (Google Gemini Flash 1.5) are used to enhance academic mind-maps and doubt solving. This processing is 'Anonymous by Default'—no personal identifiers (Name/Phone) are sent to AI servers. Content provided is for educational guidance and should be verified with standard textbooks.
8. Device Permissions Transparency
To provide core educational features, the app requires the following permissions:
• CAMERA/MIC: Used only for interactive live classes.
• STORAGE: Used to save shloka audios, study infographics, or PDFs.
• NETWORK: Required for real-time sync of study planners and content updates.
