Wendy Zhou is a Lecturer in Interaction Design and Software Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg. Her research focuses on human-AI interaction and GenAI in design practice and education. Her teaching includes HCI, user interface design, UX methods, mobile and web design and engineering, and agile methods.
Martina Vincoli is a PhD student in Learning Sciences at ETH Zurich and EPFL. Her PhD project focuses on investigating how AI could support learning processes during problem-solving in CSE education. She is interested in how students and teachers interact with tools and technology when learning.
Dr. Jichen Zhu is a Professor at the HCI and Design Section at the IT University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She directs the Human-AI Interaction Lab (HAIL) and leads the User eXperience (UX) Design Specialization, focusing on the UX of AI/ML. Her research interests lie at the intersection of human-computer interaction, interaction/game design, and artificial intelligence (AI). Her focus is on designing and developing novel human-AI interactions, especially in personalized games for learning and health. She has co-authored over 150 peer-reviewed research publications and received several Best Paper Awards. Her research has been funded by the National Science Foundation (U.S.), the National Institute of Health (U.S.), Novo Nordic Foundation (Denmark), and Independent Research Fund Denmark (DFF). She is a Co-Editor of the Software Studies Book Series at MIT Press and a Board Member of the Society for the Advancement of the Science of Digital Games (SASDG).
Negin Hashmati is a PhD student in Interaction Design at Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg. Her research focuses on virtual companions and young people’s mental health, and she uses design fiction to explore the future implications of this technology. Her teaching focuses on ethics in interaction design and storytelling methods.
