Bridges are one of the most important structures in the history of humanity. Throughout history, people have built bridges to provide transportation, to cross rivers, valleys and straits. The history of bridges, which started with wood, adobe, brick, has left its place to steel, reinforced concrete and technological materials over time.

Many bridges built in the past have been preserved until today and are still able to fulfill their duties. Here, the strength of these structures, their load carrying capacity, their resistance to wind, storm and earthquake are provided by the mathematical and geometric information they contain as well as the material they are made of.

We have done this work in order to introduce these unique works in the world and to analyze them mathematically.

To do the introductory tasks assigned to them for the study, the students first did research and prepared their presentations on canva.
