1. Who can join Gen Z Founders Network?

GFN is exclusively for Gen Z founders and startup builders — individuals born in the Gen Z era who are actively building a startup or business (early stage is completely fine).

Eligibility is verified through the confirmation form.

2. Is this a paid community or a membership?

No. GFN is not a paid membership community.

For each meetup, a small non-refundable commitment deposit (₹99) is collected to confirm attendance and reduce no-shows.
This is not a membership fee and does not guarantee long-term access.

3. Why is there a commitment deposit?

The commitment deposit exists only to:

• reduce last-minute cancellations

• maintain a focused and respectful group

• ensure people who attend are serious about showing up

It helps keep the quality of conversations high.

4. Is the commitment deposit refundable?

No. The commitment deposit is non-refundable.

Please register only if you are reasonably sure you can attend the meetup.

5. Is this an online or offline meetup?

GFN meetups are in-person.

We believe meaningful professional connections are best built through real conversations and shared presence.

6. Where are the meetups held?

Currently, meetups are held in Bangalore.
Early meetups may take place in open public spaces such as parks, with locations evolving as the network grows.

Exact details are shared with confirmed participants via WhatsApp.

7. What happens after I fill out the Google Form?

After you submit the form and complete the commitment deposit:

• Your details are reviewed manually

• eligibility is verified

• confirmed participants are added to the official WhatsApp group

Only confirmed participants receive final meetup details.

8. Can I attend if I’m still in the idea or early stage?

Yes. Early-stage founders and builders are welcome.

What matters is intent, seriousness, and active effort, not how big or established your startup is.

9. Is pitching allowed at the meetup?

GFN is not a pitch event.

You are welcome to talk about what you’re building, but loud selling, pitching, or promotional behaviour is discouraged. The focus is on conversation, learning, and connection.

10. Can I bring a friend or colleague?

Each participant must:

• Registered individually

• Fill out the confirmation form

• Complete the commitment deposit

This helps maintain the right group dynamic.

11. Are there opportunities to get more involved in GFN?

As the network grows, we may build a small core team from within the community, particularly around operations and community growth.

Any involvement will be based on:

• consistency

• participation over time

• alignment with GFN’s values

There are no guarantees or immediate roles.

Once confirmed, all communication happens through the official WhatsApp group.
For anything urgent, details will be shared after confirmation.
