Firstly you will visit Wat Chayamangkalaram Temple where the 4th longest Reclining Buddha Statue is found. Right across the road you may also visit the Dhammikarama Burmese Temple which holds a Buddha statue standing at 8.2 meters, making it the tallest in Malaysia. The existence of these two temples is due to the early settlement of the Thai and Burmese community in the early 1800s. After that, take a scenic drive through the streets of George Town - UNESCO World Heritage Site and witness the remnant left by the British and local dwellers of the past.
**Places of Interest: Esplanade/Fort Cornwallis, Little India, Streets of Racial Harmony, Chew Jetty, etc. George Town bears testimony to a living multi-cultural heritage and tradition of Asia where the many religions and cultures met and coexisted. They reflect the coming together of cultural elements from the Malay Archipelago, India and China with those of Europe, to create a unique architecture, culture and townscape. Take a scenic drive across George Town – You may also visit the Penang Time Tunnel 3D Museum where you may learn more about the detailed history since the days the British stepped foot onto the shores and how they gave birth to Modern Penang. Take an early morning ferry to Singapore and upon arrival proceed by 0930 hrs for Half Day City Tour: (Photo stops) Merlion Park & Marina Bays Sand, pass by the Parliament House, The Esplanade & pass by Singapore Flyers. Local Chinese lunch served before we proceed to Woodlands Checkpoint for immigration. Check-in hotel in Johor Bahru and have nice seafood dinner with nice sea view.
DAY 05 JOHOR BAHRU – KUALA LUMPUR (B/L/D). BREAKFAST in Hotel Coffee House and check-out
This morning, proceed for shopping at Johor Premium Outlets before settle for lunch in Yong Peng, enroute to Kuala Lumpur. Arrival, visit the Petronas Twin towers (photostop) + shopping at Suria KLCC, Chocolate Gallery & local products Shop.Dinner and check – in hotel.
