1. OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game YONO Gem Masquerade ("the App",
"we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you install and
play the App. By installing or using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with it, please do not install or use the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not ask for and do not access your name, email address, phone number,
contacts, photos, files or precise location.
We do collect the following categories of information:
(a) Advertising and device identifiers
- Google Advertising ID (you can reset or delete it in your device settings)
- Android ID, used only when the Advertising ID is not available
- Firebase Installation ID, a random identifier for this app installation
- Facebook anonymous app device identifier, a random identifier created by the
Facebook SDK and used to measure installs
(b) Technical and device information
- Device manufacturer and model
- Android version and API level
- Screen resolution and pixel density
- Device language and time zone
- Network connection type, for example Wi-Fi or mobile data
(c) App activity
- Game progress, scores, unlocked items and settings.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your saved
game progress to our servers.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To operate the App, load its content and display it correctly
- To measure installs and advertising campaigns (attribution), so we can
understand where players come from
- To analyse aggregated usage and improve the App
- To keep the App working correctly, secure and free of abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
4. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
The identifiers and technical information described above are processed by the
following service providers:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook SDK) — app events and install measurement
- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Installations, Google Play services
and the Advertising ID)
These providers handle the data under their own privacy policies:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or to
protect the rights and safety of users.
5. LEGAL BASES (EEA AND UK USERS)
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent and on our
legitimate interest in measuring and improving the App. You can withdraw consent
at any time by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in your device settings.
6. DATA RETENTION
Identifiers are kept only for as long as they are needed for the purposes
described above. Resetting your Advertising ID or uninstalling the App ends the
association between those identifiers and your device. Analytics information is
retained in aggregated form.
7. SECURITY
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and
organisational measures to protect the information we handle.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required
in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided information to us, please contact us and
we will delete it.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
- Opt out of personalised advertising: open Android Settings, go to Privacy,
then Ads, and choose "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID".
- Request access to, or deletion of, information associated with your device:

- Uninstalling the App stops any further collection from your device.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA
and CPRA), including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for
exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own,
including the United States, using appropriate safeguards.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by
a notice inside the App.
