GemLeap — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how the GemLeap app ("we", "the app") handles information. By using GemLeap you agree to this policy.

Information the app collects directly

GemLeap does not require an account and does not collect personal information that identifies you. Your game progress and statistics (games played, win streaks, settings) are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

Information collected by third parties

GemLeap uses these third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

- Google AdMob (advertising): may access your device's advertising identifier and collect approximate usage and device data. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543

- Google Play Billing (in-app purchases): if you buy "Remove Ads", the transaction is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.

For users in regions that require it (e.g. EEA/UK), the app shows a consent prompt (Google User Messaging Platform) before requesting personalised ads.

Children

GemLeap is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and deletion

On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. For data held by Google (ads/purchases), see Google's policies linked above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change.
