I have not had my confirmation order email what do I do? If you have not received your confirmation order email simply message us via our email or Facebook page with your order reference number. This is sent with your first email. Conformation emails are sent during opening times. 8am To 8pm Monday - Sunday. NOTICE: Sometimes Conformation Emails defer form opening times/may take longer. In this case please allow 24hrs. You will also receive a invoice/payment link with your first email to pay for your items.

Is there a way to see what stage my order is I.E In Production/Out for delivery? Yes. You can find this on our Order Tracking Tab.

My product has been lost in shipment/delivery. Will I get a replacement? If your product has been lost in shipment/delivery firstly we will contact/speak with who we sent the order off with I. E the local post office to see where your order is. If it can not be found we will send a replacement out to you free of charge. All you will have to pay for is Postage and packaging.

A product I have order has arrived and is broken/damaged. All our products will be sent out without any brakeage or damaged, but we understand this can happen through transit on the way. In this case a replacement will be sent out to you free of charge all you have to pay is postage and packaging but proof of damage will have to be given first via a photo via email.

I have lost/misplaced my product. Would you send out a replacement? If you have lost/misplaced your product we are unable to send out a replacement.

I have tried to pay for my order but it seems not to be working. If your unable to pay for you order firstly contact us via our email or Facebook. We will then check our side first. If the issue continues please contact your bank.

I don't have a bank card to pay for my order. Is there another way I can pay? Yes. Alternatively if you live nearby or local you can pick up your order in person and pay by cash or use Paypal.

Do you make seasonal items, such as vanities day? Yes we make seasonal items. At them moment we cater for validates day, Halloween and Christmas. We will be adding more times in the seasonal year to make for in time to come.

I have seen a seasonal item for sale but its no longer on your site/listing. All seasonal items are listed until the end of the seasonal month and are then removed ready for the next seasonal month items to be put up. If you miss a seasonal item don't worry as it will return yearly. (Subjected to change/alteration)

Are any of the items safe for children? Due to small parts that children can swallow we strongly suggest that all items are only given to people older than Ten plus years old for safety.

Do you make/sell any body Piercing items? At the moment we do not, but we are looking it this and hope to have this option added to our items soon.

Can I request a body Piercing to be made? You can but we have the right to refuse this. Alt hour the making of body Piercing will be made with strict health and safety protocols such as with the use of wearing sterile plastic gloves. To make a piercing request message us via our email or Facebook.

Can I send in broken jewellery that needs fixing but was not bought off your site? Yes you can. We offer a repair service also but we ask you send in a photo of what you want fixed first to validate if we can fix it or not. Please note that you will have to pay postage and packaging to send your item into us. Head to our Repair Services page on this site to send in your photos.

Is there a charge for repairs? Yes. There is a charge of £1.50 per item per day. This is to cover workmanship times and material costs. You will also receive a invoice/payment link with your first email to pay for your repaired items.

I don't have a bank card to pay for the repair costs. Do you take repair payments in person? Yes. If you live local/near by you can pay in person or use PayPal. We will hold on to your repaired items until they are payed for.

I don't have a bank card/live local or near by to pay for my repaired items? If you don't have a bank card Alternatively try using PayPal if you can. Unfortunately if you can't or you don't have a bank card/live local or near by then we are unable to approve your request to repair your broken jewellery you wish to have fixed.

I have not received an answer back about my broken jewellery I wish to have fixed submission form. What do I do? If you have not received an answer back by 24hrs please message us via email or Facebook. You can find these on our Contact Page.

Do you have a reward system for regular Purchasers? Yes. We offer a reward system. You can find it on our order page.

I have not received my loyalty points. What do I do? If you have not received your loyalty points fifteen minutes after purchase please contact us via our email or Facebook page. See our contact page on this site.

I can't find me unique serial code on my loyalty points I received. Head over to our loyalty points tab on this site to see where you can find it.

Do loyalty points expire? Yes. They last to the end of the year only. You can find the expiry date on our loyalty points you receive. To see where to find it head over to our loyalty points tap on this site.

Do you keep any of my data like my name or address? We do not keep your address. Once your order has been sent out for delivery we will delete your order you filled in. We will keep only your name for up to 48 hours. This information is in case you have issues with your order I.E, it has not arrived.
