GemiBoard(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, 개인정보보호법 및 글로벌 프라이버시 규정을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어떻게 보호하는지 설명합니다. GemiBoard (hereinafter referred to as the "App") values your privacy and complies with personal information protection laws and global privacy regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. 수집하는 정보 (Information We Collect)

앱은 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 최소한의 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. The App may collect the following minimum information to provide a seamless service:

• 키보드 입력 데이터 (Keyboard Input Data): 사용자가 'AI 변환' 버튼을 명시적으로 누를 때만 입력한 텍스트가 Google Gemini API로 전송됩니다. 앱은 사용자의 일상적인 키보드 타이핑(비밀번호, 메시지 등)을 무단으로 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. When the user explicitly presses the 'AI Transform' button, the entered text is sent to the Google Gemini API. The App DOES NOT secretly collect or permanently store your everyday keyboard typing (passwords, messages, etc.) on our servers.

• 계정 정보 (Account Information): 앱은 최초 실행 시 Firebase 익명 인증을 통해 자동으로 익명 계정을 생성합니다. 이 과정에서 고유한 사용자 식별자(Firebase UID)가 생성되며, 토큰 잔액 및 설정을 관리하는 데 사용됩니다. 사용자가 선택적으로 Google 계정을 연동할 경우 이메일 주소가 추가로 수집되며, 이는 여러 기기 간 데이터 동기화에 사용됩니다. The App automatically creates an anonymous account via Firebase Anonymous Authentication upon first launch. A unique user identifier (Firebase UID) is generated and used to manage token balances and settings. If the user optionally links a Google account, their email address is additionally collected for cross-device data synchronization.

• 기기 식별자 (Device Identifiers): 환영 토큰의 중복 수령을 방지하기 위해 익명화된 기기 ID(Android ID)를 수집합니다. 이 정보는 Firebase Cloud Firestore에 저장되며, 동일 기기에서 30일 이내에 반복적으로 토큰을 수령하는 것을 방지하는 데만 사용됩니다. We collect anonymized device identifiers (Android ID) to prevent duplicate claiming of welcome tokens. This information is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore and is used solely to prevent repeated token claims from the same device within 30 days.

• 광고 및 결제 데이터 (Ad and Billing Data): 보상형 광고 제공 및 인앱 결제 처리를 위해 Google Play 및 AdMob에서 관련 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다. Relevant data may be collected by Google Play and AdMob to provide rewarded ads and process in-app purchases.

• 앱 사용 데이터 (App Usage Data): 앱의 안정성 개선 및 서비스 품질 향상을 위해 Firebase Analytics를 통해 익명화된 앱 사용 이벤트(모델 선택, 톤 변경, 광고 시청 등)를 수집하며, Firebase Crashlytics를 통해 앱 오류 및 충돌 정보를 자동으로 수집합니다. To improve app stability and service quality, anonymized app usage events (model selection, tone changes, ad views, etc.) are collected via Firebase Analytics, and crash/error information is automatically collected via Firebase Crashlytics.

2. 정보의 사용 목적 (How We Use Your Information)

수집된 정보는 오직 다음의 목적으로만 사용됩니다. The collected information is used ONLY for the following purposes:

• AI 텍스트 변환, 문체 변경 등 앱의 핵심 기능 제공 To provide core features of the App, such as AI text transformation and tone adjustment.

• 사용자 토큰(Token) 보유량 및 일일 사용량(Pro 제한 등) 관리 To manage user token balances and daily usage limits (e.g., Pro model limits).

• 프리미엄 구독 상태 확인 및 맞춤형 혜택 제공 To verify Premium subscription status and provide customized benefits.

• Google 계정 연동 시 여러 기기 간 토큰 잔액 및 설정 동기화 To synchronize token balances and settings across multiple devices when a Google account is linked.

• 환영 토큰 중복 수령 방지 (사기 방지) To prevent duplicate claiming of welcome tokens (fraud prevention).

• 앱 오류 추적 및 서비스 사용성 개선 To track app errors and improve service usability.

3. 정보의 저장 및 보안 (Data Storage and Security)

앱은 사용자의 정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취합니다. The App takes the following measures to securely protect your information:

• 로컬 저장소 (Local Storage): 토큰 잔액, 구독 상태, 사용자 설정 등은 기기 내 암호화된 저장소(EncryptedSharedPreferences)에 AES-256 암호화 방식으로 저장됩니다. 암호화 키는 Android Keystore 하드웨어 보안 모듈에서 관리됩니다. Token balances, subscription status, and user settings are stored in encrypted local storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences) using AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are managed by the Android Keystore hardware security module.

• 서버 저장소 (Server Storage): Google 계정 연동 사용자의 토큰 잔액 및 구독 상태는 Firebase Cloud Firestore에 안전하게 저장됩니다. For Google-linked users, token balances and subscription status are securely stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore.

• 데이터 전송 (Data Transmission): 모든 데이터 전송은 업계 표준의 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)를 사용합니다. All data transmissions use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

4. 제3자 서비스 공유 (Third-Party Services)

앱은 기능을 제공하기 위해 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자 서비스를 사용하며, 해당 서비스의 자체 프라이버시 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다. The App uses trusted third-party services to provide its features, and their respective privacy policies may apply:

• Google Gemini API: AI 텍스트 처리를 위해 텍스트 데이터를 암호화하여 전송합니다. For AI text processing (text data is transmitted securely).

• Firebase Authentication: 익명 인증 및 Google 계정 연동을 통한 사용자 인증에 사용됩니다. For user authentication via anonymous login and Google account linking.

• Firebase Cloud Firestore: 토큰, 구독 데이터 및 기기 보상 기록을 안전하게 동기화하고 저장합니다. To securely synchronize and store token, subscription data, and device reward records.

• Firebase Analytics: 익명화된 앱 사용 이벤트를 수집하여 서비스 개선에 활용합니다. To collect anonymized app usage events for service improvement.

• Firebase Crashlytics: 앱 충돌 및 오류 정보를 자동으로 수집하여 앱 안정성을 개선합니다. To automatically collect crash and error information for app stability improvement.

• Google Play Billing: 인앱 결제 및 구독을 안전하게 처리합니다. To securely process in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Google AdMob: 보상형 광고를 제공합니다. To provide rewarded advertisements.

5. 정보의 보관 및 파기 (Data Retention and Deletion)

앱은 수집 목적이 달성되거나 사용자가 데이터 삭제를 요청할 경우, 해당 데이터를 지체 없이 파기합니다. The App retains data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. When the purpose is achieved or the user requests deletion, the data is destroyed without delay.

• 인앱 삭제 (In-App Deletion): 앱 내 '회원 탈퇴' 기능을 통해 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 Firebase 서버에 저장된 사용자 데이터(토큰 잔액, 구독 상태, 사용 기록)와 Firebase 인증 계정이 영구 삭제되며, 기기 내 암호화된 설정 데이터도 초기화됩니다. You can delete your account directly through the 'Delete Account' feature within the App. Upon deletion, all user data stored on Firebase servers (token balance, subscription status, usage records) and the Firebase authentication account are permanently deleted, and encrypted local settings are also reset.

• 웹을 통한 삭제 요청 (Web Deletion Request): 앱을 이미 삭제하셨거나 접근할 수 없는 경우, 본 방침 하단에 기재된 문의처(이메일)로 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 접수된 요청은 확인 후 지체 없이 영구 삭제 처리됩니다. If you have already uninstalled the App or cannot access it, you can request account and data deletion by sending an email to our contact address below. Upon receipt, your data will be permanently deleted without delay.

6. 아동의 개인정보 (Children's Privacy)

본 앱은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경 (Changes to This Policy)

본 개인정보 처리방침은 법률 변경이나 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 앱 내 또는 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다. This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in laws or services, and any changes will be notified through the App or our website.
