BookBoard, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.bookboard.in website and the zLibrary - BookBoard Reader(Android) mobile application, collectively referred to as the Service.

"Zlibrary" is a registered trademark ™️ owned by Appu Raja and is recognized by the Indian government. It serves as an ebook promotion, self-writing, and publishing platform, primarily driven by user-generated content. As the rightful owners of the trademark, we reserve the rights to protect its usage. Unauthorized individuals or applications are prohibited from using our trademark, and we retain the ability to pursue legal action in the courts of India against any infringement.

Please note that if you open an account with the Service you become an account holder. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and also to our Terms of Service.

As a result, while bookboard strives to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Scribd, and you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your own passwords. Do Not Track Signals
We do not support Do Not Track (DNT), which is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable/disable DNT by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

ACCOUNT PRIVACY

Your Rights
We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Account Security

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access and use. However, please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your information.

Please do not buy, sell, transfer, rent, and/or lease your account and/or password to other people. We will not take any responsibility for the illegal use of your account by others that is caused by hacking or negligent password keeping.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account by contacting us at support@bookboard.in. All your Personal Data will be deleted together with your account. Please, bear in mind that you will also lose your account preferences, synced settings on different devices and any eBooks or other content published on the BookBoard App. We cannot restore any of these once your account is deleted.

Communications

We may use your Personal Data to contact you about your account, any maintenance related issues, or send you newsletters, marketing and promotional information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving some of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any e-mail or message we send. We use mandatory email service announcements to update you about important changes to your BookBoard account or the content you publish on our Service.

GDPR Compliance

Subscription Policy

- Renewal & Cancellation

- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via the Google Play Store.

- You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Google Play Store before the renewal period ends.

- No refunds for subscription purchases due to the digital nature of our product.

Digital Products

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (5) hours of your original purchase.
