1. App Overview

GeluxIcon Pack is a paid Android customization app that provides a collection of application icons and cloud-based wallpapers to personalize your device's user interface. It seamlessly supports various third-party Android launchers.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or sell any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (such as names, addresses, or phone numbers) on our servers. However, to provide core functionalities locally on your device, the app handles the following technical data:

Icon Requests (User Initiated): If you use the "Icon Request" feature to request missing icons, the app generates a list of your installed applications (package names, e.g., com.example.app, and their activities). This technical data is attached to an email which opens in your default email client. You must manually send this email; the app does not send it automatically or upload this data to our servers.

3. Permissions Used and Why We Need Them

To function correctly and provide a seamless experience, the app requires the following permissions:

Access & Network State (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to load cloud-based wallpapers, verify the app license via Google Play, and check for in-app updates.

Storage & Media Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to download and save wallpapers to your device's gallery.

Set Wallpaper (SET_WALLPAPER): Required to apply wallpapers directly from the app to your home screen.

Google Play Billing (com.android.vending.BILLING): Required to process secure in-app purchases (like premium icon requests or donations) via the official Google Play system.

4. Use of Third-Party SDKs

Google Play Core & Billing: We use official Google Play SDKs to securely handle in-app purchases and app updates.

Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics (like Firebase or Google Analytics) to track user behavior.

Ads: This app is completely ad-free and contains no advertising SDKs.

5. Children’s Privacy

The app is safe for all ages and does not target children specifically. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 years old.

6. Security

We take your privacy seriously. Since we do not store personal user data on external servers, the privacy risk is minimal. All icon request data is sent via your own secure email client, and all transactions are securely handled by Google Play.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. All updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
