1. What is WordLingo French?
WordLingo French is a simple, friendly app designed to help you learn the 1000 most common French words.
2. Is an internet connection required?
Yes, internet connection is needed to:
• Save or back up progress
• Receive AI-generated explanations
• Receive certificates
3. Why do I need to provide my name and email?
Name: for personalization and to appear on certificates.
Email: to securely store and restore your progress, and to verify your identity for certificate issuance.
4. Is my data safe?
Yes. We use Google Firebase for secure storage and implement industry-standard practices to protect your data. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. How do I get a certificate?
Once you complete a level or section, a certificate will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address. You can also access it in the app’s “Certificates” section.
6. Can I use this app on more than one device?
For security reasons, only one device is supported at a time. If you log in on a new device, it will automatically sign out any previously logged-in device. This helps protect your data and progress.
7. Why am I seeing ads?
We use Google AdMob to show ads, which helps us keep the app free for everyone.
8. Can I remove ads?
Yes! You can purchase a premium subscription to remove ads and enjoy an uninterrupted learning experience. Go to the app’s settings or the Premium page to upgrade.
9. Who is this app for?
The app is suitable for children aged 5 and above, beginners, travelers, or anyone looking to build a strong French vocabulary base.
