Hey! I'm Leah, the one behind the needle keeping your favorite gear performing as optimally as possible.
My career has been a patchwork of classical training, dressmaking for Broadway productions, freelance gear repair, sample making for Kickstarter projects, manufacturing technical apparel and shelters, and fixing my own gear in the backcountry. Collectively, these experiences have made me uniquely qualified to solve most any problem that your outerwear may present.
As an outdoor enthusiast, I know how much we all rely on our gear to protect us from the elements and aid in adventure seeking.
As an environmentalist, I take great pride in my contribution to the repair revolution. My primary goal with every fix is to restore the best function possible without sacrificing aesthetics. So let's get you back on the trails, slopes, routes, and roads knowing your most trusted gear has a new lease on life!
AKA Dr. McGillicuddy, Gillz, Gillard, Gillzers, Chunk, Stink
Gilly has been my best friend and most reliable adventure buddy since I adopted her in January of 2019. Her hobbies include mountain biking, ski touring, backpacking, jumping to catch splashes, being underfoot, staring at squirrels, and eating with enthusiasm. She's the sweetest cuddler/pillow stealer in all the Valley. Loyal to a fault, Gilly would gladly follow me anywhere.
AKA Piglet, Piggy, The Baby, Sweets, Ruth Bader Pigsburg
Pig is a goofball full of sass and endless energy. I fostered to adopt her in September 2020, and we bonded quickly as I had just begun recovery from a nasty bike crash. Her hobbies include swimming as long as you'll allow, snoring, cutting corners on mountain bike trails, resting her chin on anything, herding her big brother Steel, and gentle play wrestling with her best doggie friends. True to her heeler nature, she's tough as nails and as sweet as can be.
