Jan '20 intro to the course. This will provide good overview for curious students. This semester will be the 4th time I've taught the course. A lot has happen in the past four years. The revisions will include latest research and the new challenges facing school principals in a post pandemic world.

This course will examine the relationship of the school principal with various constituencies, including students, teachers, the larger educational community and parents. Expectations and skills related to the roles and responsibilities of the school principal will be explored.
