We call upon the Senate-House conference committee to demonstrate leadership on this issue by making a serious investment in our children's future!

As for stocks, I don't know when the next major bull market will start -- one that continues for many years and pushes the averages far above their all-time highs, hit in 2007. It may have begun more than three years ago when stocks hit bottom on March 9, 2009, after the financial meltdown.
