Important Notes (Rules & Regulations):

1.  Online Registration: It is mandatory to register your ward online, whether they are participating or not in the events.

2.      No Changes After Submission: Once the form is submitted, no changes can be made.

3.      Selection Procedure: Four students (4 boys & 4 girls) will be selected from each house for each event (heats) by the House-In-Charge teachers along with the PE teachers.

4.      Absence on Selection Day: If your ward is absent on the selection day, they will not be considered for the event.

5.      Transport Provided: School will provide transportation from school to the stadium for the selection days.

6.      Parents are strictly prohibited from attending or being present during the selection days.

7.      All selections and final rehearsals will be conducted during school hours.

8.      Uniform: All participants must wear sports shoes, House color T-shirts and Blue/ Black track pants shorts.

9.      On the Annual Sports Meet- 20th October 2023, students will report to the stadium and transport will be provided.

10.  Photography: Parents are not allowed on the track for photography; all photographs will be uploaded by the school.

11.  Punctuality: Participants should report to the ground at the stipulated time. After the third call, if a player does not report, they will be disqualified.

12.  Medals and Certificates: Medals will be awarded only to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions at the venue on Annual Sports Day. Certificates will be awarded later in the school.

13.  Medal Collection: Winners must collect their medals when their names are announced; if they fail to do so, medals will be distributed later in the school.

14.  Rule Adherence: The meet will be conducted according to the rules of the Amateur Athletic Federation of India, with necessary changes if required.

15.  Event Participation: One student can participate in 1 field and 2 track events (Juniors & Seniors Category) and 1 field and 2 track events (Super Seniors Category) and relay races are open to all age groups. (Updated on 21st Sept. 2023)

16.  Participation Limit: Only four students from each house are allowed to participate in one event for the heats.

17.  Referee's Decision: The referee's decision will be final.

18.  Best Athletes: Two best athletes among boys and girls in all age groups will be awarded separate trophies based on their performances in athletic events (excluding relay races).

19.  Tiebreaker Rule: In the event of a tie between two best athletes, the points earned in the relay race will be considered as an addition to their overall scores to determine the winner.

20.  Overall Champion Trophy: A trophy will be awarded to the house (team) that accumulates the highest total points across all age groups in both Boys and Girls categories. This house will be declared the overall Champion of the competition.
