How this will work is fairly simple, request to be added and you will get your own page if you are patient and don't bug the helpers. You will also have to say every level you have completed as well.
The stats viewer sorts list profiles by most demons completed out of the Main and Extended lists combined. Once you click on a profile, it brings you to their page. At the top is the name of the specific user you clicked on. Then below that is a blue bar with either another name the user is known by (like a nickname) or just their name again. Below that, it shows the amount of lists demons that they have completed, not including legacy list levels. Then it has their completed Main and Extended list levels numbered, followed by their legacy list levels, not numbered.
Words in Bold Font are mainlist levels (#0-75), While words in Light Font are extended list (#76-150) and words in small, light, italicised font are legacy list (<150).
