Grand Design Carolinas Rally

We will have 150 rigs/sites this year. Twenty (25) of those rigs/sites will be reserved for "First Timers" (those who have NEVER been to a regional or National Grand Design sanctioned rally. The registration system Does NOT offer a waitlist function, so once the rally is SOLD OUT, please email WagonMasters at gdcarolinasrally@gmail.com and ask to be put on a WAITLIST. 

In early October, we’ll provide a list to the campground (of the “registered” owners), and they will reach out to you about your site, payment, and assigning your site number. 

DO NOT CONTACT THE RESORT DIRECTLY. Failure to follow the registration process will result in your suspension from the event without a refund. 

The registration fee will be $190 plus processing fees (Eventcube charges a fee for processing digital transactions)

Ticket includes: 

Your RV, 2 adults, and any children 12 and under traveling with you.  

Any additional adults or children over 12 require an additional guest ticket, which can be purchased at the same time (or later) as you purchase your main ticket.

What information do I need to purchase a ticket?

You must have the following information when purchasing your ticket:

• Names of everyone traveling with you

• Address Information

• Emergency Contact Information

• VIN # of your Grand Design RV

• Line and Model (Imagine 2500RL)

• Credit Card Information

• Dates of arrival and departure

What payment methods are allowed to purchase my ticket? 

When you have completed filling in all the required information, you will have the choice to pay by credit card. Please have that information handy when you begin your registration process.

By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & No-Refund Policy.

RV Rally Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

All RV Rally registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been submitted.

Because our rally requires us to make advance commitments for campground events, meals, entertainment, activities, vendors, speakers, supplies, and other event expenses, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations, changes in plans, illness, emergencies, weather, travel delays, vehicle/RV problems, or other circumstances beyond the control of Carolina Campfire Events, LLC.

Cancellations by Attendees

If you are unable to attend the rally for any reason, your registration payment will not be refunded. We encourage attendees to consider purchasing travel insurance or other event cancellation protection.

Weather

The rally will take place as scheduled regardless of normal rain or inclement weather whenever reasonably possible. Individual activities may be modified, relocated, postponed, or canceled when necessary for safety or operational reasons. Weather-related changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Event Changes

Carolina Campfire Events reserves the right to modify the rally schedule, activities, entertainment, speakers, vendors, meals, or other event details when circumstances require. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Event Cancellation by Carolina Campfire Events

If Carolina Campfire Events must cancel the entire rally before it begins, registrants will be notified, and any refund or credit offered will be communicated at that time, subject to amounts that can reasonably be recovered from vendors, venues, campground commitments, and other prepaid event expenses.

If the rally is interrupted or canceled after the event has begun because of circumstances beyond our control, refunds will not be guaranteed.

Our chosen charity for this event is the Alzheimers Association.
