The Grove Creek Stake is excited to have this year's youth conference on June 26-29 at the Reid Ranch in Tabiona, Utah. We look forward to helping the youth of the stake to realize that they "can do all things through Christ" (Philippians 4:13) by:
Building faith in Jesus Christ
Strengthening testimonies
Developing talents
Making new friends

Grove Creek stake youth conference will be held June 26-29, 2023 at Reid Ranch in Tabiona, UT (~2 hrs from Pleasant Grove).
Registration deadline: June 11, 2023 **we can only accept registrations for youth who are able to attend the entire time
Charter buses will transport youth round trip between Reid Ranch and the Grove Creek Stake Center

Reid Ranch has SO many things to do including: swimming, horseback riding, archery, hiking, ropes course, volleyball, soccer, horseshoes, frisbee golf, etc.
Note: horseback riding is available to anyone under 250 lbs.

UPDATE: It's not too late to print and return your Church Permission and Medical Relase Form to an adult leader. Please do so as quickly as you can.

Please give the completed form (on paper) to the adult leader in your class/quorum as soon as possible.
If you are not able to print the form, blank forms will be available for you to sign. Just ask your adult leader in your class/quorum. They can get one from the secretary of your organization.

UPDATE: Reid Ranch Registration is now closed. The names of those attending Youth Conference have been submitted to Reid Ranch.

The Stake Registration is now closed. The names of those attending Youth Conference have been submitted to Reid Ranch.
When you arrive at Reid Ranch, you will check in by last name. Three tables will be set up: A-H, I-M, and N-Z.

Note: All participants (including adults) must have done the following to attend:
1. Submitted a paper copy of a signed Church permission and medical release form (parent/guardian signature if under 18) to an adult youth leader
2. Submitted a digitally signed Reid Ranch waiver (parent/guardian signature if under 18) online
3. Submitted the Stake Registration Form online
8:00 a.m. Check in at the Grove Creek Stake Center. A grab-n-go continental breakfast will be provided.
10:30 a.m. Arrive at Reid Ranch, check in alphabetically by last name
11:30 a.m. Orientation and receive wrist bands & activity schedule

Camera (mobile device is fine)

Note: Clean sheets, towels, hair dryers, shampoo and soap is provided at the lodge. Due to the number of youth attending, we are utilizing all lodging options and request Young Men and Young Women, ages 16-18, bring sleeping bags, sleeping pad, pillow and towel to help us accommodate sleeping arrangements in the most efficient ways.
Please do not bring: firearms or ammunition, knives bigger than a pocket knife, weapons, water balloons, silly string, fireworks, etc.
Average temperature is between 72° to 89° F. The evening can be cooler because of the high elevation of 8,000 feet.
There will be minimal/no cell service at the camp, so please plan accordingly.
There will be little to no shade, please bring sun protection.
