The Promethean Panel is designed to work with one monitor. You may use an additional monitor, but you will lose touch function on the computer interface.
** If three displays are being used as an extended screen (connected device, monitor, and Promethean ActivPanel), touch on the ActivPanel display will only occur if: ○ The Promethean ActivPanel display becomes the main display (where desktop icons are housed) ○ If the connected device and Promethean ActivPanel are duplicated and the third monitor is the extended screen.
After making sure your USB cord in inserted into your computer or docking station, check your speaker connection. Locate the speaker icon on your toolbar and check that your Panel is your source for sound.
Check that the USB-D touch cable is connected properly to both your computer and the ActivPanel.
You can clean your Panel with a 90% alcohol solution and a microfiber cloth. Make sure you spray the solution on the cloth and not the panel.

ActivPanel Titanum: To replace the wallpaper, open your Unified Menu and select your Locker. Select the Settings Icon. Select Display and Wallpaper. Pictures can be uploaded from a thumb drive or saved with Screen Capture.

ActivPanel 9 Premium: To replace the wallpaper, head to one.prometheanworld.com. Sign into your account in the top right corner. Then click your profile icon and click account and finally panel settings. Upload your PNG, JPG, or GIF. Then log into your Promethean Account on your panel. The wallpaper will load to the panel.

Brightness
Screen timeout
Color or visual settings
Choose Sound / Audio to adjust:
Volume
Output device (panel speakers vs. connected device)
Exit Settings when finished—changes save automatically.
Tip: If a computer is connected, you may also need to adjust audio and display settings on the computer itself.

Yes, multiple Panels can be connected. Connect your laptop to a Panel via HDMI. Use the HDMI OUT port to connect an HDMI cord to the 2nd Panel's HDMI input.
You will only have touch capability on the Panel connected directly to the laptop.
You can use your thumb/flash drives with your Panel without having to connect your computer. It is recommended that you place your drive directly into the OPS (left rear) or the front of the panel. You can access your files from specific programs (Word, PowerPoint,etc.) or from the Storage and USB function under Settings.
