Youth will be recruited mainly by GCRA with the assistance of partners, depending on the program requirements. The GCRA will prioritize our bursary graduates. You as a partner may have specific requirements which can be discussed and agreed upon in the MOU
Recruitment also takes place via the SA Youth MOBI platform.
When the Time and Attendance system is implemented it will offer you assistance with aspects of attendance; such as hours, leave, payments, managing learner performance and reports related to attendance and performance. You will be able to link to the system from here. As a partner, you will need to provide a code of conduct and any other relevant HR and Health and Safety policies to the learners
Monitoring and evaluation takes place by means of reports from partners, regular site visits, and monthly meetings all of which need to be agreed upon and included in the MOU.
