Central Library, Govt. College Malappuram

The library of Government College Malappuram started functioning in the year 1973 since the establishment of college in the year 1972. Until 2018 it housed in a spacious room in the main block of the college. Library now functioning in a newly constructed  building at the entrance of college main block. Now the library has total plinth area of 12,108 square feet. The library have a collection of more than 40,000 books, 1500 Reference books, 10 Magzines and 7 newspapers. Our college follows a centralized library system. Books, which are required for immediate references are also available in the department libraries.
