(Session 2019-20)

- On 14 Aug, 2019. on the occasion of Raksha Bandha, Rakhi Making Competition was organised in the college Campus. Dr. Dharmpal (Director IGNOU) was the chief guest of the day. Rakhi made by students were sent to Air Wings Officer at NCC Air Wing Unit, Sector-5, Karnal. On the same day, our worthy guest, Principal, Vice-Principal tied thread around trees for Raksha-Sutra and took a Pledge to protect the environment.
- On 31 Aug, 2019. An extension lecture was organised in the College Campus on the topic "Cyber-Awareness". Mrs. Komal (Assistant Professor of Computer Science) was the key note speaker of the day. Stuents were enlightened with various issues like how to secure data ectronically, how to use ATM safely etc.
- On 6 Sept, 2019. An extension lecture on the topic "Health and Hygiene" was organised for girl students. Dr. Sonam Garg MBBS, MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) Consultant at Sachdeva Hospital, Karnal was the guest and key note speaker of the day. Dr. Sonam discussed so many aspect of health and hygiene and answered all the queries of students.
- On 25 Sept, 2019. Two students of our college participated in State Level Poetery Reciatation and also sent two entries for participation in Slogan Writing Competition organised by Dayal Singh COllege, Karnal
- On 27 Sept, 2019. One thousand and two hundred deworming tablets were distributed to the college students. Deworming tablets help to deoxicate the body and also help to combat against infections. These tablets were provided by CMO Office.
- On 11 Oct, 2019. An extension lecture on the topic "Women Health Awareness Programme-Due to Cancer" was organised for girl students. Girl students were made aware about the different aspects of mensural hygiene and to follow all the best precautions durng mensural cycle. they were also motivated to take balanced diet.
- On 16 Oct, 2019. On the occasion of Karwa-Chauth, "Mehandi Competition" was organised in the college campus.
- On 7 Nov, 2019. Twenty days "Self-Defence Training Programme" coached by Ms. Varsha, National Level Judo player was organised. More than Forty girl students participated in this program.
- On 27 Jan, 2020. Mrs Payal Anand Chaudhary, Advocate delivered a lecture on the topic "Sexual Harassment".
- On 10 Feb, 2020. Eight hundred deworming tablets were distributed to the students of the college.
- On 13 Feb, 2020. An "Awareness Programme" was organised under the guidance of "Sakhi One Stop Centre". The main objective of this camp was to make the students aware about the scheme of "One Stop Centre" or "Sakhi Scheme".
- On 17 feb, 2020. Mop-Up day was organised to distribute deworming tablets to the left-out students again.
- On 6 March, 2020. On the occasion of International Women's Day, an extension lecture was organised on the topic "Equal for all". Dr Poonam Madan, Associate Professor of Commerce, IB College, Panipat was the key note speaker of the day.

(Session 2018-19)

- - - On 22 Aug, 2018. A short-term Judo training program coached by National level judo player was organised in the college for ten days. The purpose was to train the girl-students for any kind of situation she has to face while she is commuting for studies or job. Seventystudents participated in this training program.
    - From 23 Aug, 2018 to 25 Aug, 2018. A three days Festival on Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in the college campus.
    - On 23 Aug, 2018. On first day of this festival, Slogan Writing Competitions on issues related with Women Safety and Empowerment was organized under the guidance of our worthy Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Rekha Sharma.
    - On 24 Aug, 2018. On second day of this program, a special assemblage was organized on topic of “Gender sensitization”. Our worthy Principal Dr. Rekha Sharma presided over the special assembly and inspired students to raise their voice for protecting the rights of women.
    - On 25 Aug, 2018. On the last day of this program, Sankalp Sutra to the trees were tied by the college staﬀ members and the students in the Campus under the guidance of our worthy Principal Dr (Mrs.) Rekha Sharma. More than seventy students and twenty staﬀ members took a pledge to protect the trees with full dedication.
    - A pledge was administered by more than seventy students to protect the girls and work for their safety in the presence of our worthy Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Rekha Sharma. And, also put signature on the signature wall placed in the college campus along with written pledge.
    - A group-discussion of students was conducted on the topic 'Sashakt Naari- Sashakt Haryana. Students presented their views that how women can be made more empowered with education and economic independence.
    - A tree plantation activity was also carried out. Our worthy Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Rekha Sharma planted a sapling of Golden Shower (Amaltas)
    - A rally to create social awareness for women rights was organized by the Women Cell of the college. Our worthy Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Rekha Sharma signalled the green flag to the rally for startup of this celebration. Slogans written by students were displayed in the rally to educate the citizens regarding problems faced by Women. Approximately eighty students participated in the rally.
    - On 30 Aug, 2018. Our worthy Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Rekha Sharma and Dr. (Mrs). Rajesh Rani (Vice-Principal) distributed pepper spray to the prize winners of Slogan writing competition as a tool for self-defence. They also guided students regarding how to use it responsibly.
    - On 26 Oct, 2018. Mehandi Competition was organised in the college campus on the occasion of `Karwa Chauth' by women cell of the College.
    - On 24 Jan, 2018. Best Out of Waste and Carry Bags competition was organised in the College Campus. The purpose of Competition was to utilize the waste items and prepare useful and decorative articles from those items and to make such environment-friendly carry bags which are substitutes of plastic bags.
    - On 27 Jan, 2019 and 28 Jan, 2019.Thirty-eight Women Cell volunteers participated in the State level Job-Fair organised in the college campus. The volunteers made their best eﬀort in registering, guiding and answering the queries of candidates.
    - On 8 Mar, 2019. On the occasion of International Women's Day, a panel discussion was organised in the College Campus in collaboration of NGO, JCI. Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Rekha Sharma, Dr. Jugal Kishore, Mrs. Ankita Rawat, Mrs. Neelam Ahlawat participated in the panel discussion along with the seventy-two students and discussed the matters related with menstruation cycle and other problems faced by girl-students on diﬀerent issues. A rally was also organized on the same day. More than seventy students participated in March for Women Issues.

- On 7 Oct, 2017. Mehandi Competition was organised on the occasion of Karwa- Chauth by Women Cell of the College.
- On 28 Oct, 2017. A number of competitions i.e. Slogan Writing Competition, Declamation, Poetic Recitation, Painting, Essay Writing Competition, Documentary film, and Debate were organized on issues like Drug Abuse, Violence Against Women, Women Safety and Empowerment were organized by Women Cell and Legal Literacy Cell in the College Campus. A large of students participated in diﬀerent competitions.
- On 2 Nov, 2017. Mrs. Gurvinder Kaur delivered an extension lecture on the topics “Health Issues During Menstrual Period” and “Hygiene and Cleanliness” for girl students
- On 19 Feb, 2018. Dr Gaurav Bhaskar (M.D.) delivered an extension lecture on the topics “Skin Problems during Youth” and “Cleanliness and Hygiene for Health”. A large number of the students attended the lectures .
- On 26 Feb, 2018. Inter College Competitions i.e. Slogan Writing Competition, Declamation, Poetic Recitation, Painting, Essay Writing Competition were organized on diﬀerent issues like female foeticide, RTI, Violence against Women, Women Safety and Empowerment in College Campus by Women Cell and Legal Cell. Sixty students participated from diﬀerent colleges.
- On 7 Mar, 2018. More than sixty students participated in Rally for Women Rights Protection on the occasion of International Women's Day celebration. Principal Dr. Praveen Bhardwaj, Dr Satyapal Singh, Dr. (Mrs.) Rekha Sharma, Mrs. Manisha Sachar accompanied the students.

On 17 Aug, 2016. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan,Card making and Mehandi Competitions were organised by women cell of the College.
On 18 Sept, 2016. A number of competitions i.e. Slogan Writing Competition, Poetic Recitation, Painting, Essay Writing Competition, Documentary film, Declamation and Debate on issues like Drug Abuse, Violence Against Women, Road Safety, Safety and Empowerment were organized at College Level.
On 6 Oct, 2016 and 7 Oct, 2016. Mrs. Sneh Yadav (Assistant Professor) and Mrs, Madhulika (Assistant Professor) attended a two days' workshop on Legal Literacy organized by Women Study Centre K.U.K.
On 18 Oct, 2016. Mehandi Competitionwas organized on the occasion of Karwa Chauth and Deepawali.
On 7 Feb and 8 Feb, 2017. State Level Inter College Competitions i.e. Slogan Writing Competition, Poetic Recitation, Painting, Essay Writing Competition, Declamation were organized on diﬀerent issues like, Female Foeticide, RTI, Violence Against Women, Women Safety and Empowerment were organized in the College Campus by Women Cell and Legal Literacy Cell. One hundred ten students participated from fourteen teams of diﬀerent Colleges.
On 18 Feb, 2017. Twelve students participated in State level activities at GC Ambala Cantt.
On 27 Jan, 2017. Mrs. Shiwali (Assistant Professor) and Mrs. Shiwani Kaushik (Assistant Professor) attended a one-dayworkshop organized on topic 'Sexual Harassment' at Rohtak.
On 8, March to 9 March, 2017. Mrs. Shiwali (Assistant Professor) attended a two days workshop on “Haryana Women: Review organized by Women Study Centre Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra

On 28 Aug, 2015. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Rakhi Making and Card Making Competitions were organised at College level by Women Cell.
On 15 Sept, 2015. An Essay Writing Competition was organized in the College Campus. Boys and girls student both participated in the activity with enthusiasm.
On 18 Sept, 2015. A number of competitions i.e. Slogan Writing Competition, Poetic Recitation, Painting, Essay Writing Competition, Declamation and Debate on issues like Drug Abuse, Social evils, Violence against women, Women Safety and Empowerment were organized at College level in the Campus.
On 9 Oct, 2015. A Rangoli-Making Competition was organized in the college campus. Students participated in the activity with enthusiasm.
On 28Oct, 2015. Mehandi Competition was organized on the occasion of Karwa Chauth and Deepawali in the College Campus.
On 2 Feb, 2016. Power Point Presentation Competition was organized in the College Campus by Women Cell. The topics were Women Empowerment, Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence.
From 8 Feb to 10 Feb, 2016. Three days Meditation Workshop was organised in the College Campus. The topic was “Heartfulness”.The students were very much encouraged to know that they have been a part of such an activity which is helpful for stress-relieving.
On 5 Feb. 2016. State Level Inter College Competitions i.e. Slogan Writing Competition, Declamation, Poetic recitation, Painting, Essay Writing Competition, were organized on diﬀerent issues like female foeticide, RTI, Violence against Women, Women Safety and Empowerment in the College Campus by Women Cell and Legal Literacy Cell.
