We also hope to have a program for seniors too some day.
Sorry for the inconvenience; the construction of our building has gotten in the way of the enjoyment of the walking track. We hope to be out of the way before market season begins.
Yes, you read that right, preliminary construction has been started on our new building! Stay tuned for an official ground breaking.
This season (2023) we have been invited to downtown Russell as part if the Revitalize Russell project. Thursday evenings you can find us next to Eridanus Brewing from 4 pm to 7 pm.
We have also be asked to setup at the KDMC Pavilion. You can find us there on the 3rd Tuesday of the month June - September from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The Greenup County Farmers Market has been working on a permanent structure since 2019. This year, 2023 we plan to break ground. Pictured is one of the possible plans. This structure will be built on the property owned by the GC Extension Services and will be handled by their Board of Directors. The project will be completed in two stages. These stages will include space for the farmers market as well as space for the performing arts, restrooms, and possibly a kitchen/concession space.
