The "Workforce Support" subgroup is tasked with identifying resources and programs that will help support the community's workforce. This subgroup rolled out a co-op model for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is currently underway to begin Year 2. This program allows businesses across the valley to work together to lower the cost burden of providing benefits to their employees.
