Real estate industries, which are essential for our daily life, are one of the frontiers of digitization. Although most of real estate business is currently operated by human labor, innovations based on various information technologies are drastically changing the real estate industries. Especially, consumer electronics technologies, including user interfaces, user experience, virtual reality, augmented reality, home networks and services, mobile computing and communications, and smart houses, are spreading rapidly. However, there are still a lot of research challenges to be tackled, e.g.,quality, costs, sensitivity, diversity, and attractiveness. The purpose of this organized session is to share, discuss, and encourage research challenges on consumer electronics technologies in real estate industries.
Topics of this organized session include, but are not limit to the following areas are solicited:

Authors can choose some topics and keywords for each paper when writing for the review paper submission in the EDAS.
Submitted short papers will be peer-reviewed by the technical committee based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
When submitting the review paper, you need not use PDF eXpress. The check is necessary only for the final paper to be submitted in July.
Please note that the accepted papers which satisfy all the following conditions by final paper deadline (July 31, 2019 August 9, 2019) can make presentations at GCCE 2019 and be published in the official Proceedings.

If you also intend to submit a full paper to the Transactions on Consumer Electronics or any of the Associated Journals, please submit Final Digest Paper (limited to 2 pages) to EDAS. Note that acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance to the Transactions. Your Transaction Paper (full-length) should be directly submitted to IEEE.
