Please sign your name as well as your email address (email address will be hidden upon form submission)  so that a reminder email can be sent to you on the day of the supper.

Food should be dropped off in disposable containers as these containers cannot be returned to you.
Drop off food at the back door of Royal City Mission (down Chapel Lane) between 1:30pm-3:00pm on the day of the supper.
Food will be served at 6:00pm.

If you are serving at the dinner, please arrive at 5:30pm and ensure you are wearing closed-toe shoes.
