Scissors

The scissors move (or stepover) in soccer is a fundamental dribbling skill designed to deceive a defender by faking a movement in one direction before quickly taking the ball in the other. It involves swinging one leg around the front of the ball from inside to outside, dropping the shoulder to sell the fake, and accelerating past the defender using the outside of the opposite foot.
