Institute Level Spot Counseling 2024

Candidates are required to bring the following documents in original, along with a set of photocopy, for counselling to ensure confirmation of admission.

The venue of registration will be Admin Block of this Institute, situated close to the Institute gate. The registration will be held during working hours from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM. 

For Counseling, bring the following set of ORIGINAL documents, wherever applicable, and two sets of self-attested photocopies to the Institute. Candidates are advised to arrange the documents in the order given below. After verification, photocopies will be retained by the Institute and the original documents will be returned. As mentioned "[format given]" below, formats for various certificates and documents are available on the Institute web portal.

 Candidate requested to get the print of  the Reporting Form given (link given below), fill it and bring at the time of Reporting in order to reduce his Waiting time.

   6. GATE Score, if any (for MTech)

   7. Medical Certificate (Download)

   8. Character Certificate

   9. Transfer Certificate

   10. Migration Certificate 

   11. Affidavit (if there is a gap in studies Download)

   12. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC#)

   13. Domicile Certificate

   14. Income Certificate (Issued from SDM/Tehsildar)  for TFW Candidate

   15. EWS Certificate (for EWS Quota, if applicable)

   16. Sub-Category Certificate (W/AF/FF/PH)

   17. Marksheet of Qualifying Examination (Diploma/ B.Tech/ Graduation) (in case the result  of last semester is not declared, bring  the original copy of the mark sheet  submitted  at the time of filling the Application form at UTU Counselling)

   18. Two Passport Size Photographs

The student is advised to submit the fees (details of Fees given at the end of the document) online through the SBI iCollect by a given link and produce the Fee Receipt at the time of Reporting in the Institute
